After hundreds of hours of study, failure and practice (all in the classroom environment) applying my own personal development training to allow me to leave each day at peace amidst the chaos. Join me for a few techniques that have the ability to instantly short circuit the "I'm losing control" we all face from time to time. Let my soothing voice help you find a place of calm in the chaos. I will end my sentences with a downward tone... If nothing else, you will get an infusion of oxygen to perk you up from a day in front of a computer. This is a participation session - all you need is some time to stop the internal dialogue (yes, this too is also possible) I will help you move from trying to CONTROL THE CLASS, to being in CONTROL OF YOUR EMOTIONS.
