There is no job quite like being a teacher. Many of us are putting our heart and soul into the classroom each day. While our passion and dedication is admirable, it can be hard to maintain that when dealing with tricky obstacles or tough situations. Do you ever find yourself running on empty? Most, if not all, teachers have felt this way at one point in their careers. This session will discuss 5 questions to ask yourself when experiencing a setback, and how to use those questions with our students as well. By focusing some attention on filling your own cup, you are helping to prevent teacher burnout and will likely be better teacher in the future. This is a pre-recorded session that is offered by TYHO (Teach Your Heart Out).
