Learn to take a student from counting fingers and hating math to solving complex math problems and asking for more. This is a deliberate process going from basic skills to advanced math. Use proven, researched methods to instill foundation skills like the times tables. Develop an understanding of equations and algorithms with simple brain connections. Challenge the mind with leveled questions and problems. Connect math to real life problems. It’s a specific step by step approach that can be done with any class. Becoming good at math doesn’t happen by accident. With nontraditional methods, an understanding of concepts and opportunities to be challenged, any student can genuinely learn to master math and love numbers.
