Aynsley is an independent Behaviour Consultant who works with caregivers and educators to teach trauma informed, developmentally appropriate approaches to behaviour challenges. She holds a Graduate degree in Human Ecology, specializing in Family Ecology and Practice, and has over 10 years of frontline experience working with children and youth. Aynsley provides training, 1-1 sessions, workshops, training and resources for both parents and educators who are wanting to elevate their skills and knowledge about how to best support their tiny humans as they grow. She has presented at a number of conferences, including the Grant MacEwan Child and Youth Care conference and GETCA. In addition to being a speaker and consultant, she is currently a sessional instructor at Concordia University.
